These old patterns, which are often based on experiences from our formative childhood years, may become serious hindrances and stumbling blocks in adult life. They are made up of practiced thoughts that become beliefs embedded in our subconscious mind.

For example, if we were made to believe as children that we were not good enough, that negative thought will result in destructive self-talk that goes on in our subconscious mind until it becomes a belief. This washes away at your self-trust, confidence and your ability to navigate change.

Your subconscious beliefs can serve as major obstacles to personal growth and positive change. With your subconscious controlling 90 to 95% of your actions and decisions, it can be challenging to make lasting progress. Traditional therapy and coaching methods may not produce fast results as they typically only address the conscious part of your mind.

In this call, we will assess your specific needs, based on your intake form, discuss your desired outcomes and develop a customized strategy for you to achieve those goals.

Depending on the complexity of your challenges, I may recommend a series of max. 3 sessions that build on each other to achieve the results you are aiming for. The sessions aim to uncover and address the underlying issues that contribute to the presenting problem, by gradually peeling away the layers that obscure them.

Finally, we will discuss duration, location, and any preparation you need to do before your transformational path.

60 minute Mindset Framework session to support you in getting the most out of your RTT® journey.

90 to 120 minute RTT® session: You will stay relaxed, aware and in control throughout the session. You will be able to fully communicate with me throughout the session.

15 to 17 minute Transformational Audio with lifetime access to listen to for a minimum of 21 days. This is a vital part and serves to reinforce the changes made during the session. Listening to the audio constitutes a commitment on your part to contribute to the success of your transformation.

60 minute Blueprint Integration to help you integrate the transformational experience into your daily life. It will facilitate the building of new neural pathways, patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that align with your desired outcomes..

30 minute end evaluation: This session will also help you gain greater awareness of your growth and make any necessary adjustments to continue moving forward towards your goals.

During 60 or 90 day transformations, the second or third sessions can focus on unraveling the layers of harmful underlying thoughts or beliefs related to the original issue, or alternatively, each session can target a new challenge you’d like to address.
