As a practiced Mindset & Empowerment Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, I use a unique hybrid method of RTT and Mindset Coaching to empower you to be the CEO of your life and your own life coach.
It is all already there within you. I help you look for it, tap into the power that you have and guide you to use it so you can form new life-changing, freeing beliefs and behaviours that will set you free and enable you to embrace the life of abundance you deserve.
With Rapid Transformational Therapy, we will bypass the critical conscious mind and connect you to your powerful subconscious mind that steers our thoughts, feelings and actions.
I like to say that understanding your own subconsious mind is like lighting a match in the dark. You can suddenly see where you came from, what obstacles from the past are in your way, remove them and take back control. You can suddenly see clearly and decide the direction in which you want to go now having the power to unblock your way.
In the accompanying coaching sessions, we will be working with your conscious mind. We will be looking into how your mind works so you will actively be able support the change you want from within, unblocking, rewiring and re-training your conscious mind in tune with your subconscious mind to unlock your full potential.

In 2020, in the midst of the pandemic crisis and while being laid off collectively from a major corporate job (that did not help with confidence, right?), I came across Rapid Transformational Therapy®.

This changed my life forever. I began learning about the power of the mind, about the influence of our thought patterns and beliefs on our feelings, our actions and behaviour and how this in turn influences what we experience in life. Our practiced thoughts become our reality.
I learnt that it is entirely possible to let go of the past and move forward with renewed confidence and self-trust. RTT® helps you understand what has been holding you back, how to break free from it for good and how to create the future you want.

My session with Renee was absolutely mindblowing. (What’s in a word). I was looking forward to it, but still pretty sceptical. I believed in it, but still had doubts.
Even in mid session my obstinate part of my brain told me ‘no, you’re not there, this is not doing anything for you’ ….but that part obviously wasn’t aware of the power of the subconcious. It’s not like I woke up and felt my entire life had changed, but I did notice after a while I had a different mindset. Also, I could not reach the foggy part with the million thoughts that made me so anxious all the time. It was like I just wasn’t able to reach in those thoughts anymore that always made me doubt my decisions.
So now I still listen to the tape whenever I get a little of the ‘old feeling’ back and it still empowers me daily! Can’t wait for my next session with Renee, I’ve got more self-work and love to do.
Life changer, so much more than coaching.
I was experiencing blocks and feeling stuck in my career. I had worked in the same role for over 20 years, I was reluctant to go for promotion because I was frightened of failure. This fear of failure was present in almost all areas of my life and it was becoming unbearable.
Within just days of my first session with Renee, I was offered and accepted a role in the VFX team of a major film franchise! Also, amazingly, not just to myself but to my trainer, I busted through blocks that had been holding me back in my passion of riding horses for months. These results alone were incredible but even more phenomenal was, that the first time in over 30 years, I didn’t suffer the miserable effects of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) that plagued me annually for 6-8 weeks of the beginning of every
year. Hand on heart, the familiar feelings of utter melancholy and fatigue came on one afternoon in early January but I went to sleep listening to the beautiful bespoke recording that Renee made for me and when I woke up the next day, I felt amazing!!!
