“Hello, my name is Renee, and I’m a Mindset Coach, Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and Clinical Hypnotherapist with a background of 35+ years of experience in the corporate world, working in multinational, cross-functional teams.

My focus is on helping individuals develop emotional resilience to achieve success in all areas of their lives. I work with global professionals, high-performing individuals, and entrepreneurs who are committed to breaking free from what’s holding them back and living the life they deserve.

Renee is a licensed RTT® Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Certified Life Coach specializing in building a Mindset of Emotional Resilience. With over 35 years of experience in the corporate world and entrepreneurship, including roles as an Intercultural Trainer, Customer Success Manager, and Account Manager, she has extensive expertise in working with cross-functional international teams and global professionals. Renee is passionate about helping others avoid burnout and career frustration and believes that a mindset of emotional resilience can provide a way out without years of therapy.

The Backstory

Life happens outside of your comfort zone

As a child, I grew up in a multicultural and multilingual environment, moving often and having to adapt to changes quickly. While this upbringing taught me to be flexible and adaptable, it also led to feelings of insecurity and a lack of belonging. I often missed my comfort zone and struggled to find peace and balance.

As I grew older, I realized that trying to create a comfort zone and holding on to it had become my survival mode. For years, this had been keeping me stuck, moving only by force, never by choice.

 

The importance of getting unstuck

It took me years to realize that this was keeping me from truly living my life and allowing growth to happen. Only when I broke the pattern and allowed myself to step out of the comfort zone and allowed myself to be in tune with change, did I truly begin to grow and find my inner balance and self-trust.

A discovery of superpowers

Over time, I came to realize that the experiences I had coping with unexpected situations and change had actually helped me to develop extraordinary resourcefulness, creativity and resilience. As a result, I went from feeling lost and ungrounded to becoming self-directed and able to choose my own path. I began to see the abundance of possibilities in my life and started to find joy in my journey.

Now, I am dedicated to helping others rewrite their story by quickly getting to the root cause of hurtful and limiting beliefs, reframing them, and installing new, more empowering beliefs.
